Awards Organizing Committee has invited five senior experts on the number of entries lean factory assessment, he (she) from MESC, Dell, Laird E, Ingersoll Rand industrial technology, as well as Delphi Packard Electric system. With the Aug. 8 deadline for applications approaching, the competition has been successively submitted to the factory data. Organizing Committee has been actively preparing for the August assessment and site inspection activities.
The first selection, there will be eight factories were nominated, and in which ultimately produced four winners are: Best 5S and Visual Management Award; optimal production scheduling, inventory, product flow and space utilization Award; the best equipment maintenance, tool maintenance award; and best factory management award. The evening of 21 October 2008, East China's manufacturing center - Suzhou, China Lean Award will celebrate the ceremony. Organizing Committee has invited the Shanghai American Chamber of Commerce chairman, including the multi award winner for the guests. In the October 22, eight nominated representatives will award a number of factories of their candidates participants elaborated on the case.
